	General Overview Riverdale Park Homeowners Association is located in Thornton, Colorado at 130th Avenue & Holly Street. The Association consists of 470 single family homes and was established in 2001. The Association maintains the common areas and monitors and enforces the covenants.
	Park (City) Right next to the community is “Riverdale Park” which is owned and maintained by the city. It sure feels like it is part of the community though and is open for use by all residents. This amenity is a wonderful place to enjoy friends, have lunch, or even host full-blown social gatherings outside. ***All maintenance and rule-enforcement are conducted by the city (not the homeowners association).
	Walking Path A hearty walking and bike trail can be found in Riverdale Park. Spread from the northern-most end of the community to the southern, this is the perfect place to relax and take a scenic stroll through the community.
